Vintage Topsy-Turvy Doll

This is a topsy-turvy doll of was brought over from England by and antique dealer.
I would guess her to be from the 1930'2 or 1940's

She appears to be stuffed, at least partially, with rags
The Topsy side is brown velvet, embroidered,
and has hair that is either real or realistic 'stage' hair.
